Eat Clever Toolkit (published 2005) – a project aimed at groups of 6 -8 young mothers, introducing the participants to basic cooking skills, nutrition advice and food hygiene principles. The initiative aims to address many of the misconceptions and negative beliefs about nutrition. The toolkit explains how to go about running a local Eat Clever project.
Saving our Skins Toolkit (published 2005) – aimed at helping professionals working in local authorities, primary care trusts, cancer networks and their partner agencies develop strategies and campaign programmes to tackle the increasing incidence of skin cancer.
